The Raiders (4-5, 1-4) got their
first win in the Northern Six Conference by defeating
county rival Butler (3-6, 0-5). Seneca Valley scored all
of its points in the second quarter to lead, 18-7, at
halftime. Maryland recruit C.J. Brown rushed for 169
yards and passed for 151. Brown scored on a 19-yard run
and also threw a 44-yard touchdown pass to Peter
Vincente. Seneca Valley outgained Butler in total yards,
366-326.
